The igG4-related disease is a recently recognized syndrome of unknown etiology most often occurring in middle-aged and older men. Several organ systems can be involved and encompass many previous and newly described diseases. Analysis of IgG4 is useful for identifying Inflammatory Sclerosing Disorder (ISD) and IgG 4 related systemic disease. IgG deposits are seen in Immunobullous disorders of Skin and Medical Renal diseases. |
