Usage: Glycophorin A (GPA) aids in the identification of erythroid precursors in the bone marrow. It is expressed by erythroid precursors in the bone marrow and is also present in red blood cells. Membranous positivity is seen with erythroid precursors, mature erythrocytes & AML-M6.
