| Usage: |
CD45 expression is very specific and quite sensitive for cells of hematolymphoid lineage. It helps in distinguishing lymphoma/leukemia from other neoplasms. The main exception is classical Hodgkin Lymphoma, in which CD45 expression is absent. |
