Trazodone / Desyrel® is a Triazolopyridine derivative unrelated in structure to tricyclic antidepressants. Trazodone is indicated for the treatment of depression characterized by a prominent and persistent dysphoric mood that interferes with daily functioning. The half-life of the drug is 4-7 hours and it takes 4 days to reach a steady state. |
