| Usage: |
Mitotane is an anti-neoplastic drug used to treat cancer of the adrenal gland – Adrenocortical carcinoma. It is indicated in those patients who have persistent disease despite surgical resection, those who are not surgical candidates & those who have metastatic disease. It works by slowing the growth of the tumor & reducing its size. |
