CD123 is expressed in a wide variety of hematologic malignancies such as Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasms, Acute myeloid leukemia (AML), B-cell Lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, Hairy cell leukemia, and a subset of Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) with strong CD11c expression. Cd123 is also expressed on basophils. |
