Napsin-A along with TTF-1 is a marker of Primary Lung Adenocarcinoma. Napsin-A is a more sensitive & specific marker than TTF-1 in distinguishing lung adenocarcinoma from other carcinomas such as Squamous cell carcinoma lung which is negative for Napsin-A. Primary Small cell carcinoma lung is negative for Napsin-A but positive for TTF-1. |
