| Usage: |
H3K27me3 is a gene transcription repressor. Loss of H3K27me3 occurs in a significant subset of Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors. It is also used as a marker for CNS tumors, especially in the diagnosis of Diffuse midline glioma. Loss of expression of this biomarker is also seen in Meningioma, Radiation associated unclassified sarcoma, Radiation associated unclassified angiosarcoma, Dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma, Melanoma & Merkel cell carcinoma. |
