CK-5/6 is useful in the diagnosis of Squamous, Urothelial, and Myoepithelial carcinomas. Keratin 5/6 is usually positive in Mesotheliomas and negative in Adenocarcinomas, making it useful in separating Mesotheliomas from Pulmonary adenocarcinomas. |
