Antibodies to CD23 are diagnostically useful in the classification of low-grade B-cell lymphomas. Typically, B-cell Small lymphocytic lymphoma / Chronic lymphocytic leukemias are CD5 positive and CD23 positive, while Mantle cell lymphoma is CD5 positive and CD23 negative. |
