| Usage: |
Dysregulation of c-MYC is associated with the pathogenesis of B-cell lymphomas. This test is useful in the diagnosis of Burkitt lymphoma, Diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma, Blastic Mantle cell lymphoma, and transformed follicular lymphoma. In low-grade B-cell lymphomas, acquisition of c-MYC rearrangement usually results in transformation into a highly aggressive lymphoma. |
