This test helps to differentiate Classic Hodgkin lymphoma from Diffuse large B cell lymphoma. BOB1 is a sensitive & specific marker in lineage determination of B cell lymphomas with no expression of conventional B cell markers. Along with Oct2, it is a useful marker to assess undifferentiated malignant neoplasms. |
