Usage: Beta-catenin is useful in the diagnosis of Desmoid type Fibromatosis & in the differential diagnosis of spindle cell lesions. Aberrant nuclear staining can be used diagnostically in selected tumors of soft tissue like Fibromatosis & Endometrial stromal sarcoma.
