This test is useful for the detection of somatic hypermutation. IgVH mutation is a significant prognostic marker in Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). This test can also detect bi-clonal and multi-clonal expansion which is not detected by the Sanger sequencing method (Screening test). |
