HLA-DR2 is associated with Goodpasture syndrome, Multiple sclerosis, Narcolepsy, Multidrug-resistant tuberculoid leprosy, Ulcerative colitis, Primary Biliary cirrhosis & Autoimmune hepatitis. All cases of frankly hemolytic Paroxysmal Nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and PNH associated with bone marrow failure show an association with HLA-DR2. |
