| Usage: |
HLA – B38 positivity is associated with Psoriatic arthritis. Some patients of Pemphigus Vulgaris may also show disease association with HLA-B38, especially in Spanish and Jewish populations. In patients suffering from Chronic Schizophrenia, the HLA-B38 phenotype has been found in 83% of patients who developed Agranulocytosis and in 20% of clozapine-treated patients who did not develop Agranulocytosis. |
