FoundationOne®Heme is a comprehensive genomic profiling test combining DNA & RNA sequencing for patients with hematologic malignancies. It is also used for sarcomas & solid tumors where RNA sequencing is desired. This test detects known, novel, and complex fusion events as well as other common genomic alterations like substitutions, indels, and copy number alterations (CNAs). It is used to identify potential targeted therapy options, detect alterations in prognostic genes and subclassify sarcomas. |
