Translocation t(14;18) is the primary tumorigenic event in most Follicular lymphomas which account for 22% of Non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas worldwide. This translocation is seen in 85-90% of cases of Follicular lymphoma and to a much lesser extent in Diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL). |
