This panel is used to identify chromosomal aberrations in Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) / Small lymphocytic lymphoma. This aids in the identification of prognostic aberrations and helps to clarify the diagnosis in cases with unusual morphologic features. The most common aberration is in chromosome 13q followed by trisomy 12, 11p & 17p. |
