Aspirate material from Breast / Superficial lumps / CT or USG guided deep lumps. Smear on 4 glass slides and fix immediately in Absolute alcohol for 30 minutes. Air dry completely. Do not allow smears to air dry before fixation. Specimens in syringes are not acceptable. |
