| Usage: |
C2 is a component of the classical pathway. Decreased concentrations are observed in patients with Immune Complex diseases such as SLE and Immune Complex induced vasculitis. This assay is useful in the diagnosis of C2 deficiency and for investigating a patient with an absent Total complement (CH50) level. |
