| Specimen: | Submit formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue block. Ship at room temperature. Block should have at least 10% tumor tissue OR 3 mL (2 mL min.) whole blood from 1 Lavender top (EDTA) tube. Ship refrigerated. DO NOT FREEZE.
