| Usage: |
Aldolase is useful in the diagnosis and monitoring of many skeletal muscle disorders. The highest levels of Aldolase are found in Progressive (Duchenne) Muscular Dystrophy. Lesser elevations are found in Dermatomyositis, Polymyositis, and Limb-girdle dystrophy. |
