| Usage: |
This test is used to identify local or distant metastasis from prostatic carcinoma. It is increased in 60-75% of patients with bone metastasis, 20% patients with extension into periprostatic soft tissue without bone involvement & 5% of patients with carcinoma confined to the gland. |
